Peaceful Schools Productions launched The First Official Touring Production of “Have You Filled A Bucket Today? The Play” in August 2013. Since then, two different casts have toured simultaneously in both Central and Western NY to over 100 schools. We were thrilled to celebrate 5 years of bucket filling!

Peaceful Schools Productions presents the First Official Tour of “Have You Filled a Bucket Today? The Play” by Ann Marie Gardinier Halstead. The show uses humor, heart, and larger-than-life characters to teach students the concepts of Bucket Filling and Bucket Dipping. Based on Carol McCloud’s award-winning books, the play tells the story of Trey, a 4th grade student who learns about Bucket Filling at summer camp. Along the way he is helped by Mark the camp counselor, Professor Smarty Pants III, and Bucket Filling Fairy. This theatrical adaptation is a fun and effective way to teach students how to treat each other with kindness and respect.
